I paid via Paypal but I didnt get NX

here the thing, I created a new account and bought NX via Paypal. The first payment I made 30k NX and it went pretty smooth. But after I make the second one, the website told me " V4 does not accept NX currency. V4 players can purchase items in-game using another form of payment.​ " and I dont get any NX after the payment. Please if you know my problem please explain this for me.
