Wagon won't let me purchase with maplepoints

I have 701 maplepoints, I would like to buy (at the time of writing) auto move pet skill for 700 maplepoints. WHen I try to buy it says that I do not have enough NX cash and asks me to if I would like to charge.
This did not occur before. I purchased other pet skills with maplepoints from the wagon without issue. THis only occured when I reached 700 points.

    There is a known issue with the Magic Wagon, that it requires you to have the full price in Maple Points (in the case of pet skills, 1000), before it will let you buy the item for the discounted price.
