v217 Patch Notes lists this in its Bug Fixes: Fixed an issue where Chaos Pink Bean was able to be knocked back.

However, this only holds true for CPB's first life bar. Using knockback skills like Phalanx Charge still knocks back CPB from the second life bar and on.
