Can't find black cube bought w/ maple reward pts

Hi guys, I bought a black cubes using maple rewards points but I cannot find it in my 'use' or 'cash shop' inventory. Why is this the case?

    Cash shop purchases, including reward point shop, go into your cash storage. From there, you move them into your inventory.
