Items in the Halloween Permanent Equipment Covers list are discounted in the CS but are not filtered out anywhere. Previously, they would show up in the event list or at least have a filter for them.

If people aren't aware of these sales, they can easily be missed by people. Any chance to add them into the Chance Sale tab?
