Low level equipment and color variants gone??

I don't often jump on here but I'm desperate for some answers. So recently I wanted to use Fusion Anvils for a certain look for one of my characters but notice the equipment that I was looking for would not drop. I remember noticing this some time after the Rise update but didn't think much of it, fast forward now and I found myself in the same problem again. I would like to ask if anyone knows why or if there was an official statement from Nexon as to why a lot of equipment stopped dropping. Here are some of the items I was looking for that just don't drop at all anymore. Blue Maro, Black Bandana drop by Murumuru, Gold Burgernet Helm drop by Rocky Mask, and a lot of color Variants as well. For example, the majority of lv 100 equipment has 3 or 4 different types of color sets. For mages, the Blue Varuna only drops from monsters, and for Bowman, it's only the Green Arzuna sets. If I wasn't a Reboot player I would probably be able to trade for some of these items but as it stands I don't see any way to obtain the following. Blue Maro, Black Bandana, and a Gold Burgernet Helm. If you have any information it would be greatly appreciated or if you just want to discuss your thoughts on old equipment that you would like to use for aesthetic purposes only.
A solution to this problem that I thought of would be to create an NPC similar to General Mau in Henesys Market but place them in Ludibrium, Leafre ECT and have them sell all class equipment from lv 50 to lv 100
