Dream Defender not showing in Main Street

Dream Defender completely disappeared, but not for some people. They say it's in main street next to the dimension door but it's not showing for me. I was not the only one who can't see it, there were other players aside from me. The player that can see it will just say "It's on me", while I see nothing but only the player.

    I asked around for a day and actually solved it. I had to finish quest line by defeating lucid (story). I thought I had to defeat easy Lucid which I'm too weak for that. It was just a weird moment because I was able to do the dailies before awake, then when awake went on live the npc disappeared in clocktower and I couldn't see the npc in main street.
