Q: "Add prevent slipping" special status on shoes

Hello,
I have shoes with "ADD PREVENT SLIPPING" stat on them.
I think it's an old stat that is no longer scrollable.

If I use a rebirth flame / another stat-reconfiguring item on the shoes,
Will the "Add prevent slipping" stat remain on the shoes ?
Or can it it be reconfigured (deleted) ?
