I can't find the Root Abyss key seller npc.

Bug type: Functionally.

Brief bug summary: I have finished every single Root Abyss quest but somehow when I go back to Root Abyss, I the find the npc that sells the key for Root Abyss boss. I have checked many times I have completed the quest or not but they are all completed right now

More details:

I literally have done everything to get to Root Abyss Boss but it never worked.

Steps to reproduce:

Character name: Molwang

Character level: 175 (but it can change)

Character job: Ark

World name: Reboot

Date and time of the incident: November 29. About 3pm

(mention your time zone if you aren't posting Pacific time)
