Hello!
I am a GMS Reboot player (IGN: GwiiY0MI) and I have been playing maple daily from March 2020.
In august 2020 when the familiars got revamped, I was told that my other maple friends received a familiar extension slot that brings up their familiar slots to 200 instead of the default 100. At the time, I have checked everywhere (star icon, quest icon, etc) but I did not see any packages given out to me. Therefore, I have submitted a ticket then for a investigation. However, I wasn't quite sure what I was looking for at the time because I was still fairly new to the familiar system so I may not have been clear in my request so the request got "resolved" quickly.

I still only have 100 slots in my familiar system and it's giving me a lot of inconvenience when I 'm trying to fuse my familars for a tier up due to limited slots.

I am aware that familiar slot expansion coupon is only available in non-reboot worlds. But due to such circumstances, would I be able to receive a familiar extension package to extend my slots to 200 slots as is the case for many of my other maple friends.
