Bug Type: Cash item, functionality/appearance bug

Brief summary of bug: All other cash item hats I possess hide my Bedhead Hair as intended, but with the Romantic Vagabond hat, my hair sticks out from behind the hat, picture can be provided upon request!

Steps to reproduce: Tried wearing the hat with different hairstyles, all with hairstyles that stick out/hairstyles that are big. Similar results. The hat just sits on top of the head, with the hair still sticking out from behind it as if the hat weren't on my head.
