Where can I find a level 40 or level 50 Shield?

Pretty much the title. I am looking for either the level 40 'Tower Shield's, or the level 50 'Skull Shield'. I was wondering where I can either buy one or what monsters will drop one.

    Not sure how dated this source is, but Mithril Tower Shield drops from Jr. Pepe, and the Skull Shield from Cellion, Hector, and Leader B.

    They're also easy to craft if you know Smithing. You might also be able to buy one at the shop in Ludibrium.

    The Skull Shield might be a little pricy in the auction house, due to players who want to Anvil them to their higher-level shields.
