Crash upon dungeon/interacting with npc

I am experiencing constant crashes during the boss fight and while using storage/buy/sell functions with the NPCs. As far as I'm concerned, neither my internet or pc seems to be the problem. What can I do to make these crashes stop? or make it happens less...?
