Burning character isnt leveling 3 times?

My Burning character just stopped leveling 3 times randomly, dont know why this is a thing. please someone clarify with me? Ive only had her for a day or two and decided to level today but shes only leveling one by one now... do i have to create a new character...?

    To my knowledge, the Tera Burning Plus event ended at December 23rd, 12:00 AM UTC (approximately 19 hours ago from this comment).

    Part 2 has started and you can burn a new character, but the existing character is no longer burning.
