Wind Archer's New 5th Vortex Sphere not functional

Hello,

As indicate in the title, the Wind Archer's New 5th Vortex Sphere is not functional as it should. Because I just watched a KMS video on the Maplestory twitch stream last night, a Wind Archer training at Chu Chu island Map Slurpy Forest: Bitty-Bobble Forest 2, he used the skill in the middle platform, the top and the bottom platform enemies in the map will be pulling in by the skill (like the skill will suck them into the Sphere), but I tested it on my friend's Wind Archer in the same map, it doesn't pulling in the enemies that on the top and the bottom, it only pulled them toward to the direction of the skill goes. I'm so confused by that, can you please take look into the skill, if it's really a bug, please do fix it in the future maintenance. I really appreciate it.
