Problems with Kanna job quests

Hey there, just got back to MS after years.. playing on Reboot NA
seems like with the new event im level 50 but im on the 1st job !
i play Kanna , and i dont have a way to continue to my job quest..
looks like next in line for me is "To Ereve" that requiers , first contact which i finished..
but i dont seem to get the quest.. i tried going to the npc itself in Ereve Neinheart.. no quest to get from him..
does anyone knows what i need to do to continue ?
seems like i got the level 50 quest for Haku.. before getting my 2nd job..

    You need to complete the rest of Kanna's quests to advance to 2nd job, and once you reach 3rd job you can do "To Ereve",
