Stuck in the Pet Park

I went to the Pet Park in Henesys and I've been stuck for an hour, when I go to the cat that's supposed to teleport me it just opens a dialogue about pet poop and I literally have been trying everything for an hour and it's the only option I get, I tried to do the mission there but I can't, I've done the parkour twice already and I can't do anything...
