Mushroom Shrine bug

So I was doing the mushroom shrine questline, got all the way to where you are about to do the trials part and I died/left because I needed better potions and pet food and when I came back the quests wouldn't let me back in. The lightbulb was above Kino saying Izunas thanks and I can't go past that spot. No lightbulbs, no nothing. I've done this questline before on a different character so I know what all needs to be done. It's acting as if I did the quests but I got no rewards but the titles. Help?
