Extreme Gold Potion disappears when you DC

Summary: The v208 patch notes state the buff is supposed to be kept when the client crashes. However in the current version if you disconnect/crash while using one it will be gone when you log back into the game.

Steps to reproduce: Use Extreme Gold Potion from the monster park coin shop and then disconnect or crash
