My Zero stuck in a quest map. no portal or npc.

I just finished lvl130 zero story quest. it asked me to the pharmacy so I did but I can't get out even though I finished the quest. there's no portal, no npc nor related quest in my quest log. can you please take my zero out from the map? IGN: YongLink2
