Brief bug summary: Cursor disappears when over the user interface after 15 seconds.

More details:
1) Hover an item to read its stats and compare it to another.
2) Read for at least 15 seconds.
3) The cursor fades and the item information disappears.

Steps to reproduce: See above.

    This also happens in the Cash Shop. Many items have long descriptions and the cursor disappears…
