Item extraction: Can't trade items?!

Brief bug summary: When attempting to perform item extraction, I receive the error about my account being newer than a week. I am not attempting to trade anything and this error prevents a lot of crafting the first week.
More details:
1) Attempt to perform item extraction.
2) No error messages at all until the end of "Extraction in progress" (which stays up after the error).
3) "You can't trade items…" because of new account or recent purchase.

Brief bug summary: I recently made a purchase of NX and then converted that NX to points for the Luxe Sauna Event. While attempting to execute item extraction, I receive the error about my account being unable to trade items. I am not attempting to trade anything.
More details:
1) Purchase NX and convert to Points in Cash Shop.
2) Attempt to perform item extraction.
3) No error messages at all until the end of "Extraction in progress" (which stays up after the error).
4) "You can't trade items…" because of recent purchase, and extraction fails.
