[Magic Wagon] Fortunate Megaphone

I bought a Fortunate Megaphone from Magic Wagon for 1700 NX on Jan 24 but it did not appear in the cash inventory.
It is not in the item inventory either.
Is it supposed to be like this or some type of bug?
