About custom title

I just don't understand why the custom title only last for 30 days. It's not like anviled items only last 30 days, so why is the title anvil have time limit? Just why? It's really cool to let people customize what their title says and how it looks, but they just couldn't deliver full satisfaction with that 30 day limit. smh
