Iaijutsu Phantom Blade skill from Hayato is bugged

Hi,

I was training at 1-4 and noticed that the Iaijutsu Phantom Blade (which is our main mobbing skill) doesn't deal any damage? (tested on mobs).
This only happens when it reaches the 5th stack.

This is very frustrating as I've just bought a 4 hour 2x drop coupon from Cash Shop and started training with all exp/drop buffs (wealth acquisition, legion meso rate, 2x exp coupon, monster park potion, mvp etc.)

Please fix and reimburse!!

    hm, i'm actually still seeing this problem... only way to clear it is to wait for the 5 stack buff to disappear or go to cash shop
