hayota summer rain missing skill

i just created the hayota character on 2/4/2020 and the summer rain skill is not showing on the skill list, i am currently at level 70+ and still dont see it

    As of the v.220 patch, Summer Rain has been moved to the 4th job skills.
    Hayatos created before v.220 will have it in their previous skill tab.
