Mushroom shine tales: where is resting place?

I am a returning player. 3 years ago, i was half way finishing Mushroom shine tales quests. now i am totally lost.
The following four quests all show spawn location: resting place. how to get there? i tried clicking that "find npc" button, but it says navigation is not available for this quest.
- A deal with the dead
- The plight to the pale specter
- The bachelor's request
- Oni surprise
