Afterlands Delicous Gold Piece Unobtainable

So I'm playing gms reboot on my kanna and going through the afterlands questline and some way through theres a quest that I need to do to break a gold statue and I couldn't figure it out so I goggled it and it turns out in need a gold delicous piece from a quest in another part of the story but I completed that area so he no longer gives to quest to give him food so I cant get anymore gold peices is there a way you can add a shop to him that sells them after completing that area because if not then I'm soft locked outta finishing the theme dungeon I think the ncp that gives the quest is called Joel
