Make medals arrangeable in collection

With new contents being added such as the Sellas, medals are also being added that appear to be out of natural order. If you improve the medals collections system by allowing users to arrange them in the order they want, that'll encourage players to collect more medals and enjoy the game.

    Please make medals arrangeable in the character info - collections tab so that users could put them in the order they want. Medal additions are often a part of new content updates, and those tempt us users to sort them in the way we want, not just by time(default) or name.
