Hi there,

I think I encountered a bug while completing the Black Heaven Act 2 for the first time yesterday.

Bug type: Black Heaven Act 2 Completion Rewards Partially Missing

Brief bug summary: Completed Black Heaven Act 2 and received the "Ace of the Alliance" medal but not the "Memories with Neinheart Chair". I also confirmed that I had inventory spaces.

Character name: IzumiKaede

Character level: 215

Character job: Bishop

World name: Aurora

Date and time of the incident: 28/02/2021 03:20am NZDT

    Hi there, just wanted to say that I ended up receiving the quest for the chair, but only saw the notification after I finishing all of Black Heaven.
