Report: Scroll for Spikes on Shoes 10%
Ok, I am looking for this said scroll around El Nath. Lycanthrope, Werewolf, and Hectors.
I have Greed pendant, Spider with enhanced drop rate, and totem spell.
Until now, I have nothing and got tired.
Started around 3 am PST (11 am UTC/GMT). 1 March 2021.

I understand this work have so much pressure on restoring this drop rate of the said scroll.

I tried to search of the said item on the search engine, and I found at least 2 same topic I had.
I saw the 2 same topics there.
