I just killed Princess No and my pets were picking up items around me while I was stuck in place for 5 seconds. I then died and spawned back at the beginning, I made my way to the Princess No room, and the drops were all gone, lost my shot at Kanna ring and Boss crystal, It counts as a completed run.
