Gollux crash

For the last 4-5 days, i have been trying to complete gollux on my Hoyoung. Whether it be easy/normal gollux, I kill the head and it changes phase to the crystal part of the fight. As soon as it does that, my game completely crashes and closes out. This has happened when i tried it at different times of the day, with different resolutions and graphics, and I am not sure what could be the issue. I have a mid-high end stream pc and this is getting to be frustrating since I am unable to obtain decent accessories since i cannot finish the fight.
