Stuck inMonad Act 3, Sparring with Cayne and Einar

I was in the quest of the second time sparring with Cayne and Einar until they are fatigue, but I died so I left the map to do something for a while and the quest is not complete. Then coming back, a dialogue of the guard said that the monsters are coming already, it tells me I have to "Go outside and face the monster hoarde". But going outside there's nothing going on. And I can't find the quest for Cayne and Einar again because they both aren't in Skuas anymore.

Please help, I don't know what to do, I'm stuck
