Bug type: Map, Functionality

Brief bug summary: When a player enters the maps for B4, B3, B2, or B1 there is a chance that the instance is not set-up correctly. The red buttons can malfunction that prevents opening doors, and the vent not being usable. Sometimes players end up in the same instance.

Steps to reproduce: Have multiple players run the same rescue mission in the same channel.
