Hacking tool detected 2/2

When I logged in after today's maintenance I suddenly got the hacking tool detected 2/2 notification in the Mechanical hearts season 1&2 map when I talk to Spencer. It prevents me from starting the resque mission so I cannot proceed with season 1.
