Issues with joypad and PathFinder

Good evening,
I ran into issues with Pathfinder's skills on joypad. When using my joypad to flash jump on any other class, or use Adele's floating, I have no issues using my controller. On Pathfinder however, I can spam jump many times at once nonstop and all the character will do is jump normally and it will not trigger the skill. I tried moving keys, moving joypad buttons, it still would not activate flash jump, or the special up skill. Attacking, moving, or any other type of skill and function works normal. For some reason, joypad and Pathfinder's jump skills do not mix. Please take a look, and let me know if you need any more information regarding the bugs.
