Can't finish wondroid s3 quests

Bug type: Quest bug

Brief bug summary:

I'm currently at this quest where in the hideout I can talk to Phoebe and options that I see:

When I click on Rescue Sky I get taken to a room with Sky:

I have to forfeit the quest and talk to him again to go back inside the JQ in B1:

According to some videos I have seen you need to get to the end and press up at the portal:

But when i do I get taken back to the hideout without seeing what I see here:

Does anyone know how I can get past this? I asked my guild mates and none of them have seen it before...
