We better also get frequent Cash Transfer like KMS

In the dev/user conference, kms devs decided to have frequent cash transfer event, at least once a month. This was response to many players complaining about certain classes that don't have shared cs storage and overall bs that you can't move the cosmetic that you bought between your characters. GMS people have also been complaining about this and we want frequent cash item transfer events as well. They better not screw the gms people by skipping this out on us.
