Bug type: Quest

Brief bug summary: Collected 10 badges before accepting and completing the quest to unlock the 2nd familiar slot. However, the quest to unlock the third familiar slot ([Familiar] Roro's Second Update quest) did not appear on the side of the screen after the 2nd slot was unlocked, despite having 10 badges.

More details: Tried to get the quest by collecting another badge, but the quest is still missing even with 11 badges unlocked.

Steps to reproduce: Collect 10 badges, accept and complete [Familiar] Roro's First Update quest
