Brief bug summary: Can't purchase an event item

More details: I have 6,351,658,689 Meso in my inventory, and I have 34 empty slots for ETC, and I can't buy neither of these Arcane River Droplet Stone nor Stone Origin Droplet

Steps to reproduce: 1. About 4,200,000,000 Meso already at storage 2. Farmed 1,900,000,000 Meso on my Kanna in the past 8 hours (technically 5 hours of farming) 3. Moved 1.9b mesos to storage 4. Log on to my Lv.251 Kaiser 5. Go to Hotel Maple 6. Attempt to purchase Arcane River Droplet Stone
