Unable to claim "Bathhouse Maniac" Title

I have the Heatstroke achievement from spending one hour in the Showa Town Bathhouse. However, the "Claim Reward" box is greyed out. I have restarted my client and nothing seems to fix this. Is the title not being issued anymore?

    If you stayed in the Bathhouse for one full hour and claimed the Heatstroke achievement in that time, re-enter the spa map (the one where your character's clothes are removed) and stay there for about 1-2 minutes. Upon exiting, the achievement should be fixed.
