how do you open your pocket

I was wondering if anyone could tell me the steps to take to open my char pocket, I already have over 40 charm so what else do i have to do.
Someone please help

    You have to complete the quest "Excessively Charming" from Big Headward (available in the lightbulb tab if I'm not mistaken) and give him a rose clipping.

    After you complete the quest he'll open your pocket slot and give you a rose pocket item.

    now 2022 ignition , just get charm to 30.
