Bug type: NPC dialog

Brief bug summary: The dialog closes instantly when choosing the bottom option.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Start the above quest
2. Choose the bottom dialog option

Character name: yeened

Character level: 14

Character job: Kinesis

World name: Bera

Date and time of the incident: Monday. August 2nd, 2021, 4:29AM CT

    I'm pretty sure that's intentional. That dialog appears to start a quest; the top option accepts the quest, the bottom dialog declines the quest. Similar to other dialog in the game where it asks you "Are you ready to move? Yes/No"

    It's worded a bit weird, but I think it's just trying to say "let's wait".
