CTD during Mushroom Shrine questline

Bug type: crash to desktop

Brief bug summary: during the [Mushroom Shrine Tales] The Unusual Technique quest where you have to collect Stompin' Rocks by killing Stone Golems the game completely crashes

More details:

When attacking the Stone Golems the game crashes after a very short while. I tried three times, the first two times I could kill two of the golems, then it crashed when attacking respawned ones. The third time I attacked one golem twice and the game closed.

Could that be related to the recent bugs where people crash during boss fights and elite mob spawns?
