Inferno wolf Portal Not respawning

once you complete inferno wolf portal it doesnt respawn in map for 24 hours...Makes it difficult to complete event quests.

    That is incorrect. I've had it respawn over and over in the same map less than half an hour apart.
    Make sure to claim the rewards from the lightbulb over your head. The Inferno Wolf portal will not spawn again until you claim the rewards from the previous one that was defeated.
