Entering Six Path Crossway Crashes, Prevents Login

Description: Ever since v.225, whenever I try to enter Six Path Crossway, the screen remains black and I cannot move or do anything (although the background music still plays). Then, after 4 minutes, the MapleStory client crashes. When I try to log back in, I can select my world, character, and channel, but when I click "Login" the screen fades to black and after 4 minutes the client crashes. Sometimes a brief flash of Six Path Crossway appears before it crashes (see here: https://i.imgur.com/eKWm8JY.png).

I have confirmed that this is not a one-off occurrence because twice now I've had to go to customer support and have them move me. After being moved, I am able to login with no issues, but if I try to enter Six Path Crossway again, it crashes and prevents logging back in until I am moved again. I haven't been able to confirm if this issue affects other worlds or other characters. I have tried different channels and restarting my computer and waiting 24 hours between login attempts, but nothing seems to fix the issue. This issue is especially bad because I need to go through Six Path Crossway to go basically anywhere but Henesys.
