Tower of OZ Floor 24

Second time it has happened to me. Floor 24 first floor music doesn't play/is mute causing the player to blindly guess which town it is. First time I guessed it correctly and the rest of the floors played regularly. Wasn't so lucky this time. Both times I had Volume for BGM checked for mute until after I entered the stage. I would uncheck the mute box for BGM and hear nothing. I can hear the notification for people logging in (friends, guildmates, alliance members) so I know it's not my computer. I'd say I've ran Tower of Oz around 35 times between the first incident and the second.
