I watched the video, but I don't know the minimal level for the event?

Edit: nvm.... it 101. my first character is only around level 70... Hmmm... Guess I need to step it up!

Huh this is a big change? I guess I was soo use to older one being like level 30 when event attending starts. I guess level 101 is where it really start grinding.
