Removing cd on Fairy Bros. Jellyfish mount

The mount's world teleport function is time limited and would like to use the world teleport function during the time limit. However, the mount has a 30 minute cool down in order to get back on it and use the world teleport function. With this 30 minute cool down it just acts as another mount for me at least. I wasn't even aware that there was a cool down on this mount since the description of the mount skill doesn't mention it in the skill description. So could we remove the CD for the Fairy Bros. Jelly Mount.
